Begin Your Journey Out of Pain.
The Process…
1. Online Zoom Consultation – 20-30 mins
Our first meeting is a chance for you to share your story and help me understand your pain, when it started, how it feels, and how it’s affecting your life. Together, we’ll explore your pain history and begin uncovering what may be driving it as well as determine if you are a candidate for our care. You’ll receive clear guidance on potential next steps and whether an in-clinic assessment is recommended.
2. In-Person Assessment – 60 mins
This session builds on what we discussed during your online consultation.
We’ll take a detailed look at how your body moves through mobility, functional & orthopedic testing, assess adhesion grade through precise hands-on assessment to pinpoint the root cause of your pain.
You’ll receive clear explanations every step of the way — what we’re testing, what we’re finding, and what it means for your recovery.
3. Adhesion Treatment Sessions
Targeted 20-minute treatments designed to reduce adhesions, restore mobility, and relieve pain at the root cause. Each session focuses on specific restricted tissues using precise, hands-on techniques to improve movement and function.
We test, treat, and retest in every session — a process that helps us monitor your progress and ensure lasting results. Most cases benefit from two sessions per week for the first four weeks, after which we’ll reassess your progress and adjust your plan to support continued improvement.
4. Strength, Stability & Rehabilitation
Once approximately 30–40% of the adhesions have been cleared, we enter the final phase of care — focused on helping your body recover, stabilise, and build lasting resilience.
At this stage, we ensure the appropriate balance of strength, control, and stability for your individual structure, movement patterns, and injury history, so you can move with confidence and remain pain-free long term.
Your program is tailored specifically to your body’s needs, supporting tissue healing, improving movement control, and establishing a strong foundation for sustained results and lifelong function.
Throughout care, your practitioner will continue to reassess progress, adjust treatment as needed, manage training load, and progressively increase strength with the goal of reducing and eliminating symptoms to the fullest extent that conservative care allows.
When your condition has resolved, you are release from care and return to life without pain.
In some cases, ongoing maintenance may be recommended to help manage symptoms and preserve progress.
Our ultimate goal is always the same:
to restore your independence and minimise the need for ongoing in-office treatment.
Book your initial consultation to uncover what’s driving your pain, determine if you’re a candidate for care, and take the first step towards moving freely again.
