We’ll take a detailed look at how your body moves through mobility, functional & orthopedic testing, assess adhesion grade through precise hands-on assessment to pinpoint the root cause of your pain.

Treatment - 20mins

Targeted 20 minute treatments designed to reduce adhesions, restore mobility, and relieve pain at the root cause. Each session focuses on specific restricted tissues using precise, hands-on techniques to improve movement and function.
We test, treat, and retest in every session - a process that helps us monitor your progress and ensure lasting results. Most cases benefit from two sessions per week for the first four weeks, after which we’ll reassess your progress and adjust your plan to support continued improvement.
